Business Consultations
This can be held in our office or on sight of the business, taking the form of individual consultation, workshops, and / or training. Seminars and training are presented on a variety of topics. Some of these focus on resolving conflicts, stress reduction, supervising techniques, team building, substance abuse training required by DOT , establishing a "Drug Free Workplace", understanding cultural diversity, coping with customers, communication, etc. These services are provided separately from the Employee Assistance Program package offered by the Banyan Group
